Where are you located?
We (or should I say I?) are a Swiss-based company. I design all the T-shirt by myself, manage the shop, social media and customer service – a one-man-show, basically.
I let my t-shirts print in the European Union (Spain or Latvia, depending on your location). But I do not forget my friends in the UK. For them, I let print and ship directly from the island.
What materials are your products made of?
We use high-quality, comfy materials for all our tees—soft enough for cuddles, durable enough for playtime, and gentle on the skin. Exact materials depends on the color:
- - Solid colors are 100% ring-spun cotton
- - Sport Grey is 90% ring-spun cotton, 10% polyester
- - All Heather colors are 65% polyester, 35% cotton
All ink used are Oeko-Tex™ certified and safe.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to EU- and EFTA-countries (Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Lichtenstein). Shipping rates vary by location, so be sure to check our shipping policy for details specific to your area.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a special number so you can follow your package's journey—right to your doorstep.
Order lost?
Contact the courier company and provide them with your shipping number that was send to you by mail. Also check your spam folder.
Returns
Dead by Gardening is run by... me, Dominique, alone. So, if you could maybe check the size of your shirt twice, I would really appreciate it. If you need to send your order back, please keep in mind that I do not provide return label as I don't have the budget of an multinational enterprise :-)
Of course I will provide you with a new order if the product is damage or the print quality should be bad (as you know, shit happens).
Do you really plant a tree with every order?
Yes, indeed, but not in my garden :-)
We have a partnership with Greenspark. With every order you place, we automatically send an order to plant a tree. It works like magic.
